Is it a good idea to correct a job posting?
I am going to graduate from a university in May 2009. I have been studying biomechanical engineering. Now that I am looking for a job, I have found several places I can apply for, but most of the job postings have grammar and spelling errors.
Do you think it would be a good idea to copy their job posting in a word document, properly edit it, and email it back to the interviewer along with my resume?

That would be a great idea ... if you were applying for a proofreading job. Since you aren't, though, it can only backfire. Good luck!

This is the second in a series of articles about how to cast stronger magic spells. In Part I of this series of articles that outlined three principles for help practitioners of magic to clarify what they want their spells to do and not do, resulting in a greater spell. In this article, I focus on the importance of collecting appropriate symbols for the spell.
Choose appropriate symbols for the Magic Spell
One of the keys to cast spells magic stronger the selection and use of appropriate symbols. In the work of enchantment, the symbols are not only for decorative purposes. The symbols are actually such as doors and access the power of what they represent.
For example, we often use the symbols of the four elements Air, Fire, Water, Earth and our spell work. Take advantage of the symbols of air. Air can be symbolized as clouds, winds, or a magic wand, which is the magic tool the air element. Clouds or wind gusts of air to symbolize the mundane or ordinary level, while the wand in the air symbolizes spiritual level. In the ordinary level the element of air is related to thought and communication. On the spiritual level, the air is related to spiritual enlightenment and understanding. If I want my spell to increase communication between distant family members, I would use the symbol of the cloud as the spell is for the world of communication Ordinary level. If my opening spell to increase my spiritual horizons, I would use the symbol for Wand.
And how can I use these symbols magic? That depends on what kind of quality I spell. For example, if I'm casting a spell single candle, I would carve the symbol on the sail to be used for cast the spell.
Gathering your spell symbols

Finding Real Magic Spells That Work By Sarah T White
Real magic spells that work are hard to find, but before you even go looking for spells that work, there's a few things you need to know.
Firstly, the magic does not only come from the spell itself. It mostly comes from within you, and from the energy and vibrations created by your intentions and desires. The spell is merely a tool to help you release your power into the universe, so that it may do its work.
We are all filled with magical power. There is energy inside us all, and inside every other living and non-living thing.
There is also energy between everything, connecting us all together, making the planets move, the stars twinkle and the winds blow. This omnipresent energy is flexible, free flowing and very powerful, and it is this energy that you call upon and channel to create your magic.
So, if you're looking for real magic spells, you must first look inwards to yourself. You must find the power inside yourself.
This is done by having a firm belief in yourself, your power, the energy that surrounds us and binds us, and a strong unwavering conviction that your magic will work and you will get the results you desire.
Because much of magics power comes from your wishes, intentions and desires, you must believe it to work, to keep those thoughts strong, and thereby keep the magic empowered.
Once you have everything ready in your heart and mind, you are ready to start seeking out real magic spells. Whether a spell is real or not comes down to two key factors: firstly, the quality of the spell. Was it written by an experienced witch? Does it take into account all the necessary fundamentals of proper magic (such as color, grounding, visualization, the elements, seasons and so on)? Is it well written to help you emote your feelings during the casting?
The second thing that makes a spell real is how you cast it. If you do not give the spell casting your full attention, full commitment and full belief, it will fail. If you quickly mumble through the spell without proper care and attention and the most effort and concentration your spirit can muster, it will fail.
To make real magic that works, you must throw yourself into the ritual of the spell with all your heart, and follow through the spell saying every word and performing every action with the full force of your belief behind it. Only then will you tap into the real magic power inside yourself, and then the spell will do its work to unleash that power and focus it towards your goals.
The last point I will mention is that you should not expect your magic to happen instantly. Be patient, be open to results happening in many ways - sometimes you will see small results for your spells, sometimes you will see big obvious changes.
Real magic is slightly unpredictable as there are so many factors that affect the outcome, so stay positive, stay optimistic, stay happy and keep your eyes peeled.
