The Ayahuasca experience
Ayahuasca is the jungle medicine excellence in the High Amazon. Is Ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) and leaves chacruna plant (Psychotria Viridis).

Both are collected from the jungle in a a sacred place and said that a shaman can find abundant sources heartbeat listening "that emanates from them. The mixture is prepared by scraping and cleaning Specially selected strains and by adding the Chacruna leaves. The mixture is made with water and the reduction for several hours, attended by the shaman who sings his songs sacred (ICAR) and blows of his intention to cure (blown) in preparation. Drunk in the proper ritual context, this mixture becomes a powerful ally that can help us enter into the visionary world.

The ceremonial use of Ayahuasca in this way is as old as history itself. One of the oldest objects related to it is a specially engraved glass stone, which was found in the Amazon about 500 BC, and shows that the ayahuasca was used as a sacrament of the Holy See before the birth of Christ - at least 2,500 years ago.

The word ayahuasca comes from two Quechua words: aya meaning spirit or ancestor, and the sense huasca vine or rope - it is known as the "vine of souls". It plays a central role in the spiritual and cultural traditions of indigenous peoples Alto Amazonas.

Integral to the ayahuasca ceremonies are the chants and songs of the shaman. These are known as Icaros, and directs the ceremonial and visionary experience. The shaman have specific songs for each person's needs, the vibrations of which call for the healing energies, and words which are a symbol say about the ability of nature to heal. For example, a icaro true of the power of a holy river to wash away disease or uncertainty, or colorful flowers bright to attract the hummingbirds whose wings fan healing energies.

You may see these things in your visions. What does the healing however, Ayahuasca brings understanding of what is happening in your life, allowing inner feelings to unblock so that sadness, anger, and other energy negative are transmuted into ecstasy and love.

During this trip, you have the opportunity to drink Ayahuasca and comply with their mind, to see they are doing and learn how to do it yourself, and possibly even to pick grapes. Maybe you can even help our shamans in making the ayahuasca is prepared drink during your stay.

FLOWER BATH
Baths to restore balance and harmony in the soul is known and practiced in many shamanic cultures (though it is an art that we lost in the West).

For cleaning, "flourishing" and bring a new sense of balance, spirit and body are able to heal themselves. These baths call on the powers of our allies in Nature and pave the way for our healing.

They are prepared by master shamans, the use specially chosen plants and flowers - maybe as above - that create particular effects and spiritual energy, to which is added cooling of the waters. The mixture is poured over the body (no need to remove clothing) as a blessing or a baptism class. Our shamans provide floral baths for us as a means to cure, health, and clean up our spirits.

PLANT TOUR
The jungle is your playground and invite you to explore any time. Included in This trip is also a special guided walk with our shaman and the translator who will introduce you to some of the jungle plants and explain their uses in healing.

WORKSHOPS
As part of its program is invited to attend the meeting of the Circle to talk about their experiences of ayahuasca, and to clarify their ideas. There are also seminars and workshops explanatory with Ross to put his experiences in the context of respect to the plant spirit shamanism.

DIETARY PLANTS
The "Shaman diet "is a journey of self-exploration and discovery, bringing greater self-awareness and knowledge of plants. It also improves the Ayahuasca experience. Through ritual exclusion of certain foods and activities (that take care of you) and work with faculty in particular (or plants), the diet allows "take" the spirit or essence of 'jungle doctor' that and start in his possession.

Ajo Sacha, for example, in tune with the reality of the jungle, sharpen senses and makes you more "plant-like. Because of this, it is more difficult for the forest animals to detect and, consequently, has been used as an aid hunting for thousands of years. In the West, of course, with our "fast" food lifestyles, hunting is less important, but, curiously, Ajo Sacha is able to adapt to this and to transform their skills. What makes it useful for Westerners is its ability to help us stalk our "internal affairs." Plant remains of the hunters, but their hunting grounds have changed.

Diets are not invented by the shamans, but gives them their own spirits plant. Imply a state of purification, retreat, commitment and respect for our connection with everything around us. All this is explained further when booking its course and for the spirit of the plant apprentice, is one of the most exciting parts of this trip.

The major plants diet are:

Ajo Sacha: For luck in love and business
As their skills in hunting, this is an important plant teacher ("Teacher" or "teacher plant") in the initiation of Amazonian shamans. Brings inner strength, sharpness of mind, and the ability to overcome saladera (a run inexplicable "bad luck") get rid of spells and black magic, and increase their powers of healing and raising the 'harassment' skills, as mentioned above.

Colorado Pine: A Defense against evil sorcerers
"Wizards of evil around us everywhere. Every time we get into the tube and sit next to someone who is radiating hostility because they have had a bad day, or discuss with our wives, or have to deal with our heads, we are exposed to negative energy and bad energy. This has a real physical effect, such as feeling sick in the stomach when someone attacks us verbally, and this energy may remain on our systems. Pino Colorado is a defense against these emanations as well as more deliberate attacks by rivals and competitors, and black magicians in all areas of life.

Caspi Bellaco: To extract virote (Darts evil magic)
While Pino Colorado (above) is a defense against bad energy, Caspi Bellaco helps to eliminate this energy from our systems once they have been exposed to it. Shamans see energy (especially when delivered with deliberate intent) as magic darts called virote. These adhere to our energy bodies and can cause physical harm, mental, emotional or spiritual if not eliminated. Colorado Pine loosen these darts at that our body can return to normal and our health is restored.

Our shamans
We work with a team of expert shamans who will be elected in accordance to the specific needs of our group. Among them are:

Don Emisael
A Master and Ayahuascero Esperito Drainer, Don Emisael is a Shipibo shaman who was kidnapped by the rubber barons to work on their plantations as a child. Through their experiences in the jungle and work with shamans from many traditions different, has developed an expertise of professors of plant (Plant ensenanantes), vine (Rope), and perfumes as Camalonga, florida water, and cananga all which have specific effects spiritual "change the fate of one" for the better. Emisael Don has studied with shamans of the tribes Shimaco, Bora, Cocama and you know the icaros of birds, plants and waters.

Don Mariano
From the age of 15, Don Mariano dieted many different suit teachers and teachers (trees master "and" teacher plant "). Your icaros lead to beauty, sweetness, and the relentless power that many are without precedent in its ability to transform and transport the listener to other worlds of healing.

Don Cesar
Cocama a shaman, Don Caesar sings and icaros receives a mixture of Spanish and Quechua the ancient language of Peru. He is a master of songs of many different plants and places of power.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD
Our accommodation is in cabins that sleep two people, and the "Casa Grande", a new and larger development that has a more collective feel to it.

Some offer "tours Ayahuasca 'room only at a higher price and promote it as an advantage, but being alone in the jungle during ayahuasca ceremonies in a retreat like this is not always advisable. Shared accommodation - which we support - offers the opportunity to support each other, share experiences and reflect on the information received during their ceremonies, which is usually the best approach. Also avoid higher prices.

All rooms are natural and comfortable, and have "no mod cons! (It ie, TV, satellite, telephone, computer, etc.) This makes your experience as real and authentic as possible and help the diet. You are able to feel the jungle around them, without distractions that can get in the way of your spiritual journey: a haven.

Meals are eaten together in the main house traditional meeting place, and all food is natural, fresh, healthy, and fully agree with the diet. In the days when we drink Ayahuasca in the ceremony, is a traditional requirement of diet dinner is omitted. On all other days, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is included in the price of retirement.

The cost of shamanic adventure includes:

• Collection and return to Iquitos
• Accommodation and meals during their stay in Onanyan Shobo, in full diet consistent with the shaman and the requirements of the Ayahuasca ceremonies
• Welcome ceremony and sauna
• Farewell ceremony and gifts
• 8 Ayahuasca ceremonies, including materials and services provided by our shamans
