What is the best setup for a Resto Shaman in WoW at level 80?

I am currently leveling a shaman in World of Warcraft and my clan desperately needs healers, so they like to go Resto Spec at level 80. To be the best healer I can be, what is the best configuration for me to use the statistics to be trying to explain the rotation and use, as well as modifications that can help me out?

For a specification, for Clawhaha from the server of the silver hand. Many healers use Healbot (I personally hate). With healing, it really isn't a rotation of spell. His reaction, people are hurt, you heal. I personally love to use x-perl for healing.
