What are my options for publishing a story of children on the Internet?

My story about some kids and a witch in the castle of Neuschwanstein owned.

That's really a good idea. The Internet provides a place for writers to publish their work out there where people brazenly can give constructive criticism. The question is: why stop line? The Internet can do much, but if you really feel that their work is published as book, not only will you see a tangible form of their work but also get to protect their rights.
