Witchcraft is a very old form of life and has become a religion in modern times. To learn traditional witchcraft as an ideal way of life, you may need someone to teach you as it takes time and effort. Where to find someone to teach you?
You have several options. First seek out a local coven - which is a community of witches. Finding a group of witches is not as difficult as it may seem - there are many festivals throughout the year where you can make contact. You can also find a way through stores that specialize in selling witchcraft supplies oriented. And, of course, there are various websites that can direct you.
Another option is to be trained by a specific practicing witch. These witches are not so easy to find and many do not teach others. Again local shops are a possible source for contact, as well as a few websites.
You can also start by purchasing a book about witchcraft or Wicca. Then ask the Goddess to help you find a personal guide.
There is no guarantee that any particular witch or coven will accept anyone into their ranks, but there are always some who are open to newcomers and are friendly.
How ever you start learning sorcery - the traditional way will require dedication, as mastery of any art takes time and effort. Learning the basics of spell craft will take a year for most beginners, and is a lifetime work of learning to master the art.
